• You must be 13 years or older.
• You may not use the app for any illegal or harmful purposes.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Glora Premium - Auto-Renewable Subscription

• Subscription Name: Glora Premium
• Price: $9.99 USD per month
• Length: Monthly auto-renewing subscription
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
• No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of your photos and skin data.
• By uploading, you grant us rights to analyze the data for personalized recommendations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Glora are protected and owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

Glora offers skincare recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice and are not responsible for individual outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
